Glenn was brought up east Belfast, he became a Christian at 20 years old in Templemore Hall under the ministry of Victor Maxwell.

Glenn left Northern Ireland and worked in Maryland, USA for over 4 years for Camp Sonshine, before becoming youth pastor at Newtownbreda Baptist, a role which he held for 12 years.

Glenn has been working in Portugal with Acre International for the past 9 years as a missionary. He is involved in youth work, summer camps, church vision, worship, and outreach events at the International Church of the Algarve, and director of International Theological Leadership College.
